Terms and Conditions

Agilizer INC LTD (“Company”), a legal entity registered under the laws of Cyprus with its office at Gladstonos, 69a, 3040, Limassol, Cyprus, provides the Services outlined in these Terms and Conditions (T&C). By using the Services, Users agree to these terms.

1. SERVICES

The Company offers online tools for managing advertising campaigns, including analytics, traffic management, and performance tracking. Users can access additional features subject to specific agreements. All Services are provided "as-is," and any additional terms or changes will be communicated.

2. USER REGISTRATION

• Registration: Users must create an account, providing accurate personal and payment information.
• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
• Eligibility: Only individuals of legal age or entities with appropriate authorization may register.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Users must ensure all provided information is accurate and up to date.
• The use of Services for illegal activities, fraudulent practices, or prohibited content is strictly forbidden.
• Violations may result in immediate account termination and loss of access to the Services.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Users are required to pay fees as outlined on the Company’s platform.
• Payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable except under specified conditions.
• Taxes and additional charges are the responsibility of the User.

5. DATA USE AND PRIVACY

• The Company collects, processes, and stores User data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• Users consent to the collection and use of their data for providing and improving Services.
• Users can request data deletion or access their personal data by contacting the Company.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, tools, and trademarks associated with the Services are the property of the Company.
• Users are granted limited rights to use the Services as outlined in the T&C and must not reproduce or distribute any Company materials without explicit permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Services.
• Users agree to indemnify the Company against claims resulting from their use of the Services.

8. TERMINATION

• Users may terminate their accounts at any time by notifying the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of the T&C.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These T&C are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.

10. AMENDMENTS

The Company may modify these T&C at any time. Continued use of Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
